1. Overview

These terms govern your use of this website and the marketing and AI automation services provided by Lubuz Systems ("we", "us"). By booking a call or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Lubuz Systems provides digital marketing, performance advertising, and AI automation services for auto wrap shops. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate agreement or statement of work signed before work begins.

3. Ad spend & budgets

Media spend on platforms such as Meta, Google, or others is billed directly by those platforms and is separate from our service fees. You are responsible for funding your own ad accounts.

4. Results

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, and capacity. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, or return on ad spend.

5. Your content

You grant us permission to use your brand assets, photography, and shop information to build and run campaigns on your behalf. You confirm you own or have rights to any materials you provide.

6. Payment

Invoices are due per the terms in your agreement. Unpaid balances may pause services after written notice.

7. Cancellation

Either party may end the engagement with written notice as defined in your agreement. Any commitment terms are stated there.
